Worming

It is extremely important to worm all dogs and cats regularly, both for their own health and to help prevent the spread of zoonotic diseases (diseases which can be passed between humans and animals). Current recommendations are to worm most dogs and cats every three months. Households with young or immuno-suppressed individuals should consider worming more frequently, and animals under 6 months of age should be wormed monthly. Please contact us for more information.

If you find it difficult to tablet your pet, spot on, liquid, paste or granule formations of wormers are available.

For other species, including rabbits, reptiles and poultry, please ask for specific advice.
